Shipping Policy

How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from CraftsMart.in, your order is processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.

Please note that there are different time frames of delivery for different kind of products based on the complexity of the craft and value of the product. 

How can I request the delivery on a particular date?

Once we provide you the shipping details, you can contact our delivery partner for delivery on a particular date. CraftsMart is committed to provide delivery of the product in the fastest possible time, but we can’t commit on the exact date of the delivery. 

What are the charges for the delivery? Who will bear it?

We provide free delivery across India on orders above Rs. 500. For orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges of Rs. 100/- are applicable.

The shipping cost is based on the selling price CraftsMart.in and will not change after application of discount coupons.

Do you have COD available?

We apologize, but we do not have cash on delivery facility available right now. We are working with our delivery partners to implement it and it will be available very soon.

How can I track my order?

Your order status will be updated to you via email and SMS (containing the tracking number and the service provider details) at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears in ‘My Orders’ section.

Is it compulsory for me to sign for the delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery receipt, in which you confirm that the order was delivered in the correct condition without obvious defects or damages.

How can I check if CraftsMart delivers at my address?

Once you select any product, on the right pane you will see space to enter pin code to Check delivery estimate. You can enter your pin code and find out whether we deliver in your area and the expected time of delivery for that product.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partner will get in touch with you before the delivery. If you are not available to collect the package, you can arrange for alternate delivery or self-pickup from our delivery partner.

Do you deliver products outside India?

We are not delivering products outside India currently.

Can I change my shipping address, after placing the order?

If the order has not been shipped, we will be glad to change the shipping address. Kindly call our Customer Care Team immediately on +91 9414243222 (10 AM - 7 PM) and tell us your new shipping address.

I haven’t received my order after the prescribed time. What should I do?

Please allow up to maximum 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Some products which are made on order, may take up to 25 days to deliver. But we assure you that delivery time will not exceed the prescribed time mentioned on the website for that product.

You can also track the details on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. In some unforeseen situations, CraftsMart.in reserves the right to cancel the sale contract; in that case, we will duly inform you and will fully refund your amount.
